EMBOA'S WORLD CLASS FILIPINIANA DESIGNS FOR FLORES DE MAYO

Filipino's had been celebrating Santacruzan with it's different colorful and princess like gowns it has always been our tradition every summer specially month of May.

EMBOA or Ermita Malate Business Owners Association with the aim to bring back the glorious days of the place tourist and business destinations in Manila, was established year 2012 by a group of owners, residents and committed citizens.

It has always been EMBOA's mission to bring together business and conservation heritage enthusiasts / advocates who are passionate about revitalizing and uplifting the Ermita / Malate area.

Manila has always been known as the top business and tourism city, and landmarks such as:
  • Manila Hotel
  • Rizal Park
  • Remedios Circle
  • Baywalk

Last May 20, Fashion Designers of the Philippines (FDAP), in partnership with the Filipino Heritage Festival, Inc. (FHFI) and SM Megamall, Metamorphosis featured a variety of pieces made by Filipino designers, from the usual ternos (butterfly sleeved dresses) to street wear with a Filipino twist. Thirty designers worked on the fashion show, while 20 participated the exhibit which was on view last May 22. 

A fashion show and exhibit by the Fashion Designers Association of the Philippine (FDAP) which was launched on May 20 at the Fashion Hall of SM Megamall., in partnership with the Filipino Heritage Festival, Inc. (FHFI). Truly we have the most conservative yet fashionable "Kasuutang Pinoy" such as Barong Tagalog, Terno at saya (skirt) type of gowns that we can all be proud of all over the world with our world class Filipino designers. Tunay na bukod tange ang pinoy sa buong mundo.

On June 21-24, 2016, the Fashion Designers Association of the Philippines will exhibit and showcase their different designs at the 2nd National Integrated Management Exhibition at SM Mega Mall Mega Trade Halls.
